At the award ceremony held in Mumbai, Incheon Kia’s Managing Director, Naeem Shahul, and Senior Vice President, Reji Varghese, received the award from Sachin Shilawat. Incheon Kia is a dealer that has won the Kia Global Best Dealership Award.
The ‘Dealer of the Year’ award is presented based on key performance indicators, including customer service standards, after-sales support, and dealership operations. Incheon Kia, the largest dealer of Kia in Kerala, operates nearly 20 facilities across ten districts, including sales showrooms, service centers, and certified pre-owned car outlets.
